  • Access is available via mobile app or desktop.

  • You have one connection, YOUR Connectierge™, if you have questions or problems,

  • Your assigned Connectierge™ has a trained 'backup' in case they are sick or on vacation.

  • Connection requests for other services and referral are included as part of the monthly retainer, ie. you need a travel agent who specializes in business. We will always try to give you a couple of options and their prices/specialties.

  • Easy ways to request other jobs or tasks which are generally done in-house ($9 - $12 hour), and paid for when the job is done and approved. See the list of our In-House Jobs.

  • No long-term contracts or setup fees. Services are month-to-month and can be cancelled at anytime.

BASIC MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT Includes:

  • Supporting communities and courses on applications like Skool, GHL, Business Builder Backend, or Connective Communities.

  • Membership registration assistance, onboarding, and welcoming new members

  • Handling support tickets from members either via community chat, email, or a form in your community.

  • Community Owner is provided with a Slack Connect account directly to their Connectierge™ via mobile or desktop app.

  • Monitor Community for posts that may not be appropriate for the community.

  • Remove or warn Members with "inappropriate" posts or comments (based on Owner's criteria and policies).

  • Assist with adding to Members to Courses and helping with upgrades.

  • Encouraging engagement and assisting with the "gamification levels" in the programs.

  • Setting up meetings and scheduling events in the Calendar.

  • Assisting with Courses & Resources in the Membership area.

  • Adding content to your Courses

Great for checking-in on seniors or others that need personal connections

  • A Connectierge™ will call daily, M- F to check-in and have a friendly 5 - 10 min conversation.

  • You select a 2 hour time slots for the daily calls.

  • We CONNECT with the callee to see how they are doing, and give them time to talk about themselves & what's going on.

  • With permission from the person we call, we may share health updates with others (ie. a son has us call Mom daily and she gives up permission in advance to share updates with him in regards to her health or if she can't be reached.)

  • Currently only available in English.
