Connectierge Small Business Account
A Concierge helps you find what you need when you stay at their hotel. It is the same with our Connectierge™, except we connect you to the services and support you need for your business. We provide you with a Slack Connect Account for your desktop or mobile device, and when you need help, you reach out to your personal Connectierge™. This HUMAN (not AI) will help you find a trained specialist for your project (usually in-house), get you a quote, order the job, and collect payment when the job is complete and approved.
Your Connectierge™ will also assist you with quick referrals, resources, or support questions without additional fees.

Community & Membership Support Program
Our Community & Membership Program was designed to provide Community Owners using Skool or GoHighLevel with a Membership Support Specialist to monitor support tickets, screen posts to ensure they are appropriate, handle support chat requests, and build engagement amongst members. They can also help you add events, create graphics, and upload content to your community or courses.
This program has a flat monthly fee that is a portion of what you would pay other full-time staff! We have FT Business Hours option or a 24/7 option depending on when you need assistance and the hours your members are seeking support.

Yes, you are working with a human, not AI. (We believe in CONNECTIONS! AI has its place, but it is not providing our services!) Our Connectierges work in an office setting (not homes) throughout the US & around the World, but we assign your Connectierge based on YOUR TIME ZONE. You don't have to worry about working with someone doing the night shift to help you. The country where your personal Connectierge is located depends on where you are and your language. (Right now the only language we support is English, primarily in the US & Canada time zones.)
Our Connectierges work in offices with multiple trained employees because we want to ensure consistency, redundancy, and backups if someone is out sick or on vacation, so your service does not change!
Our Corporate Office is located in Wyoming with executive staff throughout the US. We also have Account Reps who work from home and are mainly US based.

No, and No! Our Small Business and Membership/Community Accounts operate on a month-to-month basis. Payments are made in advance for each month. You have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time. To ensure cancellation and prevent the next monthly auto-charge, we require a notice of two business days prior to your scheduled billing date. Services will continue to be provided until the end of the current billing month. Please note that refunds are not available.
Can I Hire You Just To Do Outsourced Tasks, Jobs, & Tasks?
No, we are not your typical virtual assistants. We work with Small Businesses & Community/Membership Owners to provide them with superior services—and we can't do that if just anyone can pop-in and start taking our time from our Clients.
It is easy to open a Small Business Account with us and it only costs $99 a month, which provides you with a Slack Connect account to communicate directly with your Connectierge™ to start making support service requests.
Clients are provided with a Slack Connect account, accessible on a desktop or mobile device. This allows you to chat with your Connectierge, request tasks, and send and receive documents with your Connectierge. Once your account is established with us, getting help on an As-Needed basis is easy! You can choose to use a simple form to collect the details or send a simple request via the chat. We see if our in-house specialists meet your needs, provide you with a quote, and then it is billed after the job is complete. The hourly rate depends on the type of job but ranges from $9 for basic admin tasks to $12 for websites or technical work. Since you already have a card on file, most jobs can simply be billed to your account after it is delivered and approved.
If you request a project we do not handle in-house, we will connect you with someone who can help you and even provide you with a few options and connections to get the job done.
We have numerous safeguards in place to help you and ensure your information and data is safe. Our staff attends special training in regards to Privacy, Data Security, & Awareness of Scams & Phishing that could put any data at risk. They are all also required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) that extends to any of our clients. The data we hold on our client is basic, and if we do require a password for any software, it is held in a secure Password Vault system SES AES-256 data encryption plus PBKDF2 hashing with SHA-256 salting with limited access.
The Connectierge™ will communicate and share files primarily through Slack Connect, which uses Enterprise Key Management (EKM). With EKM, messages and files sent by members of your organization are encrypted. This app on your mobile device or computer is 2 factor authenticated and reduces some of the security risks of texting or social media messaging systems.
Your Connectierge™ should not need your passwords, credit cards or any secure information and will not ask you for such information.
If a case arises with an In-House project like building a Shopify store or a website, there are several ways for us to help you without accessing your credit cards or passwords. The most common is to create another user account that you can delete when we are done, or we set up the software system for you then turn it over to you—you change the password and complete payment information. Each situation is different, but your Account Rep or the location supervisor will work with you on methods to reduce risks.
