Your account is managed and overseen by our US-based team headquartered in Florida, and your Connectierge is assigned based on your time zone so you are always working with someone during your actual business hours. Our support professionals work in office settings with trained teams, not alone at home, which means there is always coverage, consistency, and a backup in place if someone is out. We currently support English-speaking clients in US and Canadian time zones.

No long-term contract, ever. Your membership is month to month and you pay one month in advance. You can cancel at any time by notifying us at least two business days before your next billing date. Your service continues through the end of that billing period and no refunds are issued for partial months.

There is normally a one-time $97 setup fee that covers getting your Connectierge account personalized and ready to go. That fee is currently waived for the first 25 members who sign up after June 1st.

We work exclusively with members, and that is intentional. The quality and responsiveness our clients love comes from working with a dedicated team that knows them, not from taking random one-off jobs from strangers. Becoming a member is easy and for just $49 a month you get full access to your Connectierge and the team. Your first task can be submitted the same day you sign up.

Once your account is active you will be connected to your Connectierge through a private Slack channel on your phone or computer. Inside that channel there is a simple Submit a Request button. Tap it, fill out a short form describing what you need, and your Connectierge responds with a quote. Once you approve the quote in the chat we get started and return the completed work right back to the same channel. Admin tasks are quoted at $11 an hour and technical work at $22 an hour. Your card on file is only charged after you receive and approve the work. If we ever get a request that falls outside what our team handles we will find you vetted options and connect you with the right person.

Great question. Admin work includes things like email management, transcription, data entry, scheduling, document formatting, social media posting, and general research. That work is $11 an hour. Technical and backend work includes building and managing GoHighLevel, setting up automations and workflows, creating funnels and websites, publishing books through KDP, and uploading products to store backends. That work is $22 an hour because it requires specialized knowledge and tools. Your Connectierge will always tell you which rate applies before any work begins.

Most standard tasks are quoted and started within one business day. Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the job and your Connectierge will give you an honest estimate when they send your quote. Simple tasks like formatting a document or scheduling social media posts are often turned around same day. Larger projects like building a funnel or formatting a full manuscript take longer and your Connectierge will give you a realistic timeline upfront so there are no surprises.

We have numerous safeguards in place to help you and ensure your information and data is safe. Our staff attends special training in regards to Privacy, Data Security, & Awareness of Scams & Phishing that could put any data at risk. They are all also required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) that extends to any of our clients. The data we hold on our client is basic, and if we do require a password for any software, it is held in a secure Password Vault system SES AES-256 data encryption plus PBKDF2 hashing with SHA-256 salting with limited access.

The Connectierge™ will communicate and share files primarily through Slack Connect, which uses Enterprise Key Management (EKM). With EKM, messages and files sent by members of your organization are encrypted. This app on your mobile device or computer is 2 factor authenticated and reduces some of the security risks of texting or social media messaging systems.

Your Connectierge™ should not need your passwords, credit cards or any secure information and will not ask you for such information. If a case arises with an in-house project like building a Shopify store or a website, there are several ways for us to help you without accessing your credit cards or passwords. The most common is for you to create another user account that you can delete when we are done, or we set up the software system for you then turn it over to you—you change the password and complete payment information. Each situation is different, but your Account Rep or the location supervisor will work with you on methods to reduce risks.

Getting started takes about five minutes. Click the Sign Up Now button, complete checkout, and you will receive a welcome email with everything you need. Within one business day your private Connectierge channel will be set up in Slack and your assigned Connectierge will reach out to introduce themselves. From there you can submit your very first request and see exactly how it works. We recommend using the Slack app on your phone so your Connectierge is always just a message away.
